We want you to love your Ciliera piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn and in their original condition. To begin a return, contact us at contact.ciliera@gmail.com with your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
